We stayed family suite, room has enough space for family and I really liked that airport shuttle bus service.

很好。 房間足夠大，寬敞，裝修和備品都ok。 服務到位，隔日打掃了房間。 酒吧和泳池沒去，不過也都是加分項了。 最后是價格，性價比太高了。

I stayed in a space that was clean, tidy, and had all the necessary amenities, making it very comfortable to live in. The area was spacious, offering plenty of room for activities and storing items. However, the location is a bit far from Mascot Train Station and the nearest bus stop, requiring about a 10-minute walk to get there.

Stay here for my son 1st birthday, we got a birthday post card and it was really sweet. The staff in reception is kind and welcoming, breakfast is absolutely amazing. Location is in Mascot near the airport which is a great deal for traveler. The kids pool is awesome. I wonder if there any halal beverages in Plane Spotter, if any i would like to try in my next visit. Overall really recommended place to stay during layover or for family outing like u

Altogether not a pleasant experience. The room wasn’t ready when we checked in. They tried to tell us it was our fault for requesting a twin room with an airport view , and checking in early. We checked in after it was time to and asked for the room we had booked and paid for. ?Gave us another room and told us we had been upgraded to a 2 bed suite. One of the rooms was locked , so couldn’t use it anyway, and were told we should be ‘grateful’ for that. The bedroom was tiny, and no room really between the beds. Couldn’t even walk around the bed because of a big concrete pillar obstructing the way. The remote control for the air con wasn’t working. Put our phones on to charge overnight, only to find that didn’t work either ?and neither of our phones had charged. Very frustrating when you’re travelling. A hole had been made in the wall behind the bedroom door. It had only been plastered over and not painted or properly repaired. A very poor standard.? One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because of the ?Plane Spotting Rooftop bar. On arrival we were informed it was closed all day and would not open until 5 pm the day we checked out. What hotel does this ?? We could not even access the roof to enjoy the view or see the planes.? Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else !!

位置非常不好，周圍啥都沒有，公交站下來還要走很久，設施還行，公寓一般大，周圍無飯店便利店等，要坐公交才能到火車站
